Mosner invites us to travel to El Colectivo "La Cupola

I we opened the doors of his workshop where light and colors require us to enter his world of paintings, books, radio, screenplays, drama and paintings ... Because it is not that "a painter", it crosses all disciplines to become an actor, writer, painter, in fact, to become "a great artist." He has produced images of structures such Ubu Roi by Alfred Jarry, lyrics libertarian Etienne Roda-Gil and illustrated the works of authors such as Michel Butor. Because Argentine
, why he lives in Paris?
"From my childhood, I dreamed of living one day in Paris, and whenever I heard someone speaking French, I followed him to see, see ...." These are his own words that provide the answer in an interview conducted recently. Ricardo
Monser arrived in Europe and soon he began playing in the street theater. In Argentina, he could not do this kind of artistic expression because it was not cool. In contrast, in Europe, he found people who accompanied him in different projects in different countries with whom he shared the same taste for art.
Once in Paris, which became its fixed point, Mosner broke into the world of painters and paintings. He gets in contact with Argentine artists working in Paris and at the same time, he began to exhibit: Latin America in Paris at the Grand Palais, the CRA Workshops at the Museum of Modern Art, the Biennale de Paris XIII °, painted walls Centre Pompidou among others.
He made one hundred and forty solo exhibitions in France and abroad. His
link with Argentina began to grow here in Paris, for his works and his colleagues and friends in Argentina. He developed a personal vision of Argentina to distance and time. This relationship is reflected both in his own work as in the subjects he offers members of the association organized under the name "El Colectivo".

"El colectivo"

This name is typically Argentinean, it means, among other things, the "bus", that is to say a very popular means of transport found in Argentine streets, day and night. Their characteristics: the drivers decorate their kind of "office" cubicle them with photos, personal objects which identify them.
Most painters of "El Colectivo" come from Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Rosario. It is not always the same, it depends on the exhibits. Among these artists we can name: Ruben Alterio, Pat Andrea, Alberto Bali Haby Bonomo, Rafael Bueno, Brenda Hoffman, Pablo Katz, Julio Le Parc, Fernando Maza, Antonio Segui, Roberto Platé Jack Vanarsky, among others. French and Dutch artists were also invited to join this trip.
Everyone works on his side and, when a proposal comes up, they gather around a subject and each painter presents his point of view, total freedom of choice.
It "Around Cortázar" (2004), Café El Sur, where they worked their first theme, which defined the same time, the objectives group. Who was
Cortázar? Among other things, an Argentine writer, residing in France who lived between the two countries. It was also Argentine than French. His books describe life in Paris very much in the way of Argentina.
So this first exhibition of "El Colectivo" has shown remarkable spirit of Argentine artists in Paris.
They continued their journey by addressing various thematic Mythologies Argentines, Muestra de Verano, Gardel "(2005)," Carne "(2006) at Café El Sur," El Colectivo its travelers & guests "(2006) to Home Argentina Cité Universitaire Internationale de Paris, "In the nebula Borges" and "Five Years at Café El Sur" (2007), "Being Argentine" (2007-2008) at the Gallery of Argentina Embassy of the Republic Argentina, France, "Kisses Artist" (2007-2008) at Café El Sur, "80 years" (first tier, 2008) on the occasion of 80th anniversary of the Casa Argentina de la Cité Internationale Universitaire Paris and "Reflejos" (2008), the second part of that commemoration.
